Privacy

Neon Memo collects no data. Here is what that means in practice.

In the game

Neon Memo collects no personal data, including from children. The game makes no network calls: it contacts no server, neither ours nor anyone else’s. It contains no ads, no analytics and no tracking of any kind, and it asks for no account.

Your progress (games, best scores, unlocked difficulties, settings) is stored only on your device. It is sent nowhere, and deleting the game deletes it. If your device backups (iCloud or computer) are turned on, they may contain it, as they contain the data of all your apps: they are managed by Apple, not by us.

The store

The game is sold through the App Store (Apple). What Apple processes at the time of purchase (account, payment, download) is covered by its own privacy policy. All we receive from Apple are overall sales figures, which cannot identify anyone.

This website

This website does not measure its audience, and its one cookie only remembers the language you pick with the link in the header. It is hosted by Netlify, which, like any host, processes the technical data needed to serve the pages (IP address, browser, requested page) in its server logs. Fonts and images are served by the website itself: no request goes out to a third party.
